Batch Houses

VITROBUDOWA designs and manufactures both complete batch houses and individual equipment to existing batch houses.



Our scope of work includes:

- belt conveyors - for transfer of loose material (with fabric-rubber, threshold, carrier belt)
- screw conveyors – for dosing of loose material (trough, pipe , thorough dosing conveyors)
- scraper conveyors - for reception of warm glass drop ( bottom of trough lined with basalt, abrasion-resistant scrapers)
- bucket elevators – for vertical transport of loose material
- chain and net conveyors- for transfer of warm glassware from forming machine to annealing furnace
- lamellar conveyors – for reception of glassware from annealing furnace
