Diagnosis and tests

The scope of VITROBUDOWA services includes diagnosis of work and the assessment of technical condition of glass furnace. During the assessment of furnace technical condition we base on the modern equipment and the long-term experiences of our specialist.

On request of our customer we can make the complete diagnosis of furnace in terms of its efficiency, correctness of design, efficiency of firing system and cooperative systems. Tests made by us allow to increase efficiency of furnace, reduce of gas consumption and reduce of harmful substances emission ( including NOx) to atmosphere.

In cooperation with Katedrą Szkła Akademii Górniczo Hutniczej we perform the laboratory analyses of production and technological glass defects and we offer comprehensive technological problems solving for the production of all kind of glass.
